  • A central job catalogue will be implemented, to retain and record all information for use  during future job posting requests. This will reduce time when taking new job posting instructions. All applicant responses will be retained in line with GDPR Privacy Regulations and made accessible for audit provision and response management purposes
  • A pre-selection telephone/teams interview will be conducted with every applicant, providing necessary information required by the service provider at interview stage
  • We will conduct scenario-based questions in line with sector based ‘core values and skills’ 
  • A comprehensive interview scoring system will be implemented to validate reasons for interview proposal 
  • A CV will be requested from each and every applicant and we will request that applicants are able to evidence Rights to Work in The UK, proof of residence, training attendance, qualifications and employment references in readiness for interview. Where applicable we would expect applicants to evidence proof of necessary DBS checks 
  • When appointing an Apprentice, we will work with the training providers and we will assist the preparation stage and Apprentice on-boarding process 
  • Recruitment campaign reporting will be made available to assess success rates
