As a Team Support, expect to be busy as no one day is the same and calls for an organised administrator, who can communicate well at all levels, providing exceptional customer service standards and delivering a number of time sensitive workloads. Your proven IT skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Access) will be highly beneficial to this fast moving, challenging role.
Here at The White Horse Care Trust, we have been delivering care and support to adults with learning and other disabilities across Wiltshire for 30 years. Our list of services is unique and this role is too. This is a new role for the Trust, therefore this combined with ever increasing growth in our sector really does require a candidate who can ‘get stuck in’ from Day 1.
As a Team Support, some of your skills be utilised when manging electronic rostering and the payroll system including data inputting of hours and invoices on monthly spreadsheets, ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and forwarded to the relevant department each and every time.
You will be responsible for keeping legible, accurate and detailed records, further ensuring that all electronic and paper documentation i complete and kept in readiness for audit i.e. training records, payroll files and historic rosters.
Ideally you will have a good understanding of the Health and Social Care sector and the provision of person-centred care in the community (desirable), with the proven ability to follow a schedule of work accurately, with a high level of self-motivation, with a caring, patient and reliable nature.
