Support workers required - based Highworth

SREsidential home based Highworth

White care Trust seeks a number of permanent support worker/carers, both full and part time hours to work in the Highworth area of Swindon. You will be responsible for providing high levels of personal care to adults with a range of physical and learning disabilities. We are looking for caring and compassionate carers who can demonstrate a happy and sociable personality, taking time to get to know the clients who seek a range of care to include washing, dressing, assistance with moving and transferring within the home, meal preparation, light house hold duties and general encouragemnt.

Within this role, you will be working in the home of 2 individuals each within a house with their own living areas,  An example of our shift patterns: 7am-2pm & 2pm–10pm, paid sleep in and also waking nights 10pm-7am. Ideally you will access to your own transport as the hours can be early morning late evenings and nights. You will be provided with exceptional levels of job training and further education to support your career in social care.
