As a Support Worker you will be assigned to an individual housing facility which is home to a number of individuals, all needing varying levels of care and support – after all we all have very different needs, therefore the types of care provided will also differ. Taking time to get to know each person, taking an avid interest in their lives, their friends and families, hobbies and interests whilst understanding their individual condition or disability will be the ultimate outcome.
Saracen Care is Registered and rated as ‘Outstanding’ with the CQC (care Quality Commission). We specialise in providing quality personal care to individuals with complex care needs. The people we support live with a range of conditions such as Learning Disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s, Acquired Brain Injury and other complex conditions such as Huntington’s Disease.
