Support Worker -Twilight

Twi-light (Evening) Care Support Worker urgently needed for immediate career opportunity in the Marlborough community. We have a permanent vacancy for a creative, enthusiastic, compassionate Support Worker to join us in Marlborough. This is a unique shift that could suit your family life perfectly working 5.00pm/6.00pm till 10.00pm. High rates of pay are offered plus enhanced employee benefits. As you can imagine there is a need for complete flexibility working Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, after all care doesn’t stop therefore you will need to be flexible with your working days.

The White Horse Care Trust, established 30 years ago in Wiltshire, has been delivering award winning residential and nursing care to adults with learning and physical disabilities across a number of locations. We are seeking additional staff to join our team of dedicated and skilled Care Support Workers in the Marlborough and surrounding areas of (SN8).

As a Twi-Light Care Support Worker your duties will include providing levels of personal care (washing and dressing), help at meal times, some light household duties and making that all important night time cuppa or supper before bedtime. The list is endless and differs between our service users.

Experience is not necessarily required as we offer excellent levels of professional training, 1-2-1 on job coaching and learning, supported by additional educational qualifications if you require further development. You’ll be joining a great team of people, who are passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic, they will work with you to deliver an outstanding level of care and support. .

Working as a Twi-Light Care Support Worker you will work closely with adults who receive a variety of health and well-being needs, general companionship and having someone to care and support – sounds simple it is!

Please note regulations are changing from the 11th November, 2021 all care workers in registered services will need to be fully vaccinated, unless medical exemption has been confirmed. You will also have to provide relevant employment references, have eligibility to work in The UK and be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
