The White Horse Care Trust delivers award winning residential, supported living and nursing care to adults with learning and physical disabilities. We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our Team at a Supported Living home in Covingham, Swindon (SN3).
Ideally we need Support Workers who are able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, sleep ins and some bank holidays, when required, as we provide support around the clock. If you have some restrictions, that is okay, we have a team of bank staff too, who come in and work with us when they have some free time.

The house has 5 individuals with learning and physical disability requiring support and guidance to achieve daily activities. All enjoy a variety of social activities especially any water based/themed, to getting nails done and going to work.
You will join a great team of people, who are passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic, they will work with you to deliver an outstanding level of care and support. You will always feel supported with one-to-one mentoring and ongoing training, help and guidance is always close at hand.
