To support young adults to sucessfully live independantly. Supporting clients with their correspondance, managing their finances, keeping fit, attending social groups. We also support clients with meal planning, shopping and cooking, support with household chores and maintaining tenancy agreements.
You would need good communication skills, be motivated and friendly with a positive, caring attitude.
Mileage is paid between clients
