Response Support Worker required for permanent career opportunity, working for Swindon Borough Council on a permanent part time basis (flexible time available). This role is best suited to an applicant looking for a long and rewarding career in Adult Social Care. Working as part of a highly successful Response tea, your main duties will include working with Adults in the Swindon Community, providing a range of support skills to assist those who need both emotional and practical life support skills.
As a Response Support Worker, you will ideally have previous work experience gained in Social Care, perhaps looking to further your career in the Care sector, offering encouragement and support to those who simply need life ‘coping’ skills to better manage day to day outcomes, both social and practical.
