Residential Care and Support Worker - based Marlborough
As a support worker in one of our beautiful Residential Care Homes in Marlborough you will be joining an experienced and friendly team of support workers who deliver a variety of care to the individuals that live there. A typical day in the lives of one our support worker’s is varied, empowering, rewarding and supportive.
Within this role you will be working in the home to aid with all personal care, mobility support, assistance with meals, medication & clinical support, social activities, and any additional services required. There are a small number of Adults who live in the facility, all with Learning Disabilities, Autism in particular. Therefore if you have previous working knowledge of the Learning Disability Sector, we would love to hear from you. An example of our shift patterns: 7am-2pm & 2pm–10pm, 6pm-10pm, paid sleep in and waking nights 10pm-7am including rotating weekends all need cover, therefore as much flexibility is required, but we will look at static shifts for the right people.
Do you have: a bubbly personality, strong verbal, and written communication skills, able to think outside the box, experience with Autism and able to work on your own and part of a team, then you are perfect for our team.
