Residential Care and Support Worker - Purton 

We have a wonderful opportunity for a creative, enthusiastic, compassionate Support Worker to join us, if you are interested in joining our team and have a desire to enable the individuals we work with, to lead an independent and happy life, then please apply.

Working within this small residential home in Purton, we work with 2 lovely ladies, both who require some extra care and support with everyday tasks including medication, cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, and personal care.(washing and dressing)  Both ladies are very friendly and lead full and active lives, they have a car and enjoy going out and about as much as possible.

The White Horse Care Trust, established 30 years ago in Wiltshire, deliver award winning residential and nursing care to adults with learning and physical disabilities. We are seeking additional staff to join our team of dedicated and skilled Support Workers at our home in Purton, not far from Swindon.

We are looking for some new staff to join our existing team, to work with us, you will need to have a caring nature, be committed and reliable.  If you join us, The White Horse Care Trust will provide full training for all their employees, to help them settle into their new roles.

We are looking for people who will support us to achieve the highest level of independence possible, who will always treat us as individuals, who will help us with personal care and enable us to get out and about, as safely as possible.

We really enjoy a variety of activities, both at home and in our local area, these include going for a walk, going shopping, watching musicals, creative arts and crafts sessions, baking, having a coffee or a picnic and we are well known in the area.’
