We have a wonderful Nursing home for adults with Learning and other Disabilities in Pewsey, Wiltshire (SN9). we are recruiting for a Registered Nurses (RGN/RNLD/RMN) to work with our wonderful team of staff and the great guys that live at Holly Lodge.

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse who has the following skill set
Can work independently with the minimum support.
Meeting the complex needs of a number of individuals in relation to health and well-being.
Can suggest way for consistent improvement.
Clear clinical skills.-ability to assess, plan and monitor physical wellbeing – including care for individuals who cannot communicate verbally and all nutrion and medication is given via PEG and those who requiring suctioning and oxygen therapy.
Excellent assessment and review skills – can spot the smallest change in an individual’s health.
Can administer medication, some of which can be complex with a person-centred approach.
Ability to work in a non-clinical environment, but in their warm and friendly home.
Peg skills are essential.
Hold a nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin number.
Ideally have previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment, but this is not essential.
Demonstrate a committed and organised approach.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to attend training held during the daytime.
You would often have the support of a Senior Health Care Support Worker on your shifts plus truly wonderful, dedicated Nurse Managers and Support working team to assist as required.
These lovely people enjoy a whole range of fun activities They love a good karaoke and all kinds of music. They have many diverse interests and outings are normally very frequent.
