About the role
As a Social Worker ASYE you will join a supportive, evolving, and multi-disciplinary team, developing a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do.

You will have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with people in a variety of ways and at all levels, as well as the ability to write timely, proportionate and person-centred assessments and reviews with guidance and support from your supervisor to enable our customers to live their lives as independently as possible.
In addition, you will have an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of legislation and guidance related to working with, and the safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
Knowledge and understanding of Health & Social Care legislation and wider policy context, is also essential.
You will need to be registered with Social Work England for this role.
