As a support worker in one of Homes in Marlborough you will be working alongside our caring, committed, and reliable support workers who deliver a variety of care to the individuals that live there. A typical day in the lives of one our support worker’s is varied, empowering, rewarding and supportive.
Do you have: a bubbly personality, strong verbal, and written communication skills, able to think outside the box, experience with Autism and able to work on your own and part of a team, then you are perfect for our team.

Within this role, you'll be working in the home to aid with personal care, mobility support, assistance with meals, medication & clinical support, social activities, and any additional services required. An example of our shift patterns: 7am-2pm & 2pm–10pm, 6pm-10pm, paid sleep in and waking nights 10pm-7am.
