Live Well Administrator, permanent full time post, based in Swindon working for Swindon Borough Council. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled individual to work in our dynamic Community Health and Wellbeing Team, working as an integral part of the Live Well Hub.
In this position you will provide exceptional administrative support and play an active role in the day to day running of our busy office. You will be answering calls and booking appointments for the diverse range of services offered through the Live Well Hub. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and as such must have excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of dealing with the public. A key element of the role is data entry and so excellent attention to detail is essential.
As a Live Well Administrator, your duties will include day to day dealing with referrals, signposting clients, sorting post, photocopying, filing, ordering resources and processing invoices. You will also provide administrative support to the Service Lead and Management Team as necessary. These varied responsibilities will enable you to develop a thorough understanding of how the Community Health and Wellbeing Team operate.
Your experience within an administrative environment will cement your role within our Team. A good level of numeracy and literacy to GCSE level or equivalent is essential. An understanding of Microsoft Office and an excellent working knowledge of excel and other business applications will be crucial, along with excellent communication skills and strength as a team player.
