We're seeking Level 2 Occupational Therapists to join our Ongoing Support Team in Trowbridge and Salisbury, and work with people with complex needs in our community.

About the role
Whilst we're seeking Level 2 Occupational Therapists, we would also welcome practitioners with moving and handling knowledge. In return for this you would be part of a supportive and evolving team, developing a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do.
As a Level 2 Occupational Therapist you will work with customers in their own homes and other settings, providing advice and support to promote their independence.
You'll assess moving and handling needs, work with family carers and care agencies to find innovative solutions to support person centred practice
Assessment for the provision of adaptations working with our in-house home improvement agency and local Housing Associations
You will be a qualified Occupational Therapist with evidence of post qualifying learning and development, evidenced experience of professional and personal development following achievement of professional qualification, likely a minimum of 2 years post-qualification.
Knowledge and understanding of Health & Social Care legislation and wider policy context, delivering adaptations through the Disabled Facilities Grant process and HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist are also essential.
Interviews will take place on a rolling basis.
