Lettings Co-ordinator

If you are someone who is organized and self-motivated and strives on improving performance this is the job for you. As our Lettings Co-ordinator, you will work as part of a team of staff to ensure this happens.
Your next role
You will have an eye for detail as you will be checking information in line with our Allocations policy and procedures and will have good data entry skills to input information into our database. You will maintain a general understanding of Adult Social Care services and the departments that fall within this directorate whilst supporting the SCHL by working with Adult Social Care to develop and review procedures and processes.
We have a high demand for social housing in Swindon and therefore it is important we re-let our homes to our re-let standard as soon as possible so that our customers are not waiting unnecessarily for a home. You will be customer-focused and understand that your work significantly impacts our customers.
This role involves working with many partners, both internal and external as well as individuals using your own initiative. You need will have excellent administrative skills, be IT literate, and have good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers whilst having a flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You will preferably have experience working within the social housing environment. We require someone who is a team player, has strong organizational skills and has the right behaviours.
