Learning and Disability Support Workers – permanent day and night shift opportunities available, based at Stratton in Swindon. At Hermitage Lane Voyage Care supports six residents who have a range of learning disabilities, who all live in a warm welcoming environment. As a Support Worker you will help to provide and support autistic people and individuals who have a range of complex needs, including those demonstrating challenging behaviours, those with epilepsy and cerebral palsy.
The hours of work are completely flexible and we can accommodate days/nights/evenings and weekends, with excellent rates of pay and great employee benefits.

As a Learning and Disability Support Worker, previous work experience is not necessarily required as we recruit people who are brand new to the sector, offering excellent professional care sector training. You will be an energetic person with a happy disposition, who enjoys forming relationships with others. Able to communicate well and take on board a range of training courses to meet the needs of the residents in a safe and regulated manner.
