Intensive Tenancy Management Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week
This is a great opportunity for someone with intensive management and support experience to progress their career at Swindon Borough Council, where we own and manage 10,300 homes.
Your next role
You will work across the borough assisting the Neighbourhood Housing Officers in identifying and supporting vulnerable customers to maintain their tenancies. As well as having relevant experience of working with vulnerable customers, ideally you will have a qualification in social work or similar along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a varied role where you will be expected to demonstrate and showcase your knowledge and experience of successfully supporting vulnerable customers to live their best lives.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
