Our preferred minimum home care visit is one hour – and by that we mean a full 60 minutes, as we travel in our own time, allowing adequate time to listen to the needs of our Clients, taking time to get to know them, completing tasks properly, observing and managing any changes in their health or wellbeing and responding accordingly
We offer a variety of care services to adults with both physical and mild learning disabilities. Our services are customised to every individual through a Personal Care Plan and are provided by highly-trained Care Givers.
Naturally you will need access to your own transport due to the nature of the role and the need to travel to a variety of homes in Swindon. Expenses are paid, plus excellent rates of pay and enhancements for overtime, weekend and bank holiday working. You will have satisfactory employment references and be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure check.

Duties will include personal care, assisting Clients with washing and dressing, shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, and taking Clients for appointments or outings. No two days are the same!

Requirements of our Care Assistants:
No experience required as a full induction and ongoing training will be provided

Caring, friendly and empathetic approach to Client group with the ability to build professional relationships
YOU WILL NEED TO BE A CAR DRIVER AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN CAR. This position is also subject to a DBS Disclosure which can be applied for during the recruitment process.
