Care Team Leader – based in Swindon, working for a care provider who specialises in providing high quality, individual care plans and support to vulnerable adults, those with a range of complex mental health problems and learning difficulties to include Autism and Asperger's.

As a Care Team Leader, you will have a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to the needs of others, constantly looking at new and creative ideas to bring about the very best care options, plus proven leadership skills and experience when managing your team of dedicated carers.
Naturally, you will have Level 2/3 Health and Social Care qualifications and at least 12 months previous work experience. Duties will include assisting the Care Manager with regular reviews and performance audits in line with CQC compliance, H & S regulations and a range of additional policy and procedural activities which need consistent assessment and reporting.
As a Care Team Leader, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts to gain understanding, to observe, support and guide junior staff. Working on a rota system over 7 days with weekends, evening and sleep in shifts included.
