We have a pay banding system and are committed to staff development:
Band A - £9.55, less than 2 years experience
Band B - £9.90, 2+ years experience
Band C - £10.20, Senior Support Worker
Band D - £11.55, Team Leader

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide general support as part of a caring team
Assist with domestic duties & household management (may include assistance with cleaning, cooking, washing, payment of bills)
Provide personal care and administer medication
Be able to motivate and encourage people through positive engagement and interaction
