Saracen Care is a care company specialising in providing high quality, tailor-made care and support to vulnerable adults. We support individuals with mental health problems, learning difficulties, Autism, Asperger's, as well as other complex care conditions. We are recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Leader to provide support and direction to our Swindon team, so experience working in a similar care environment and good leadership skills are essential.
The role involves:
Working on a rota system over 7 days with weekend, evening and sleep in shifts required.
