Your next role

Our Initial Contact Team is the first port of call for people needing Adult Social Care. The team comprises of Screening Officers, Assistant Care Managers and Social Workers, backed up by a Duty Manager - all working together to provide timely information, advice and support and utilising our Rapid Response and Reablement Services when appropriate.

You will demonstrate excellent communication and assessment skills and enjoy working in a fast paced but supportive environment.
