Our Wiltshire Support at Home team are seeking an experienced Senior Allocations Officer.

LIVE·WORK·SUPPORT

Wiltshire Support at Home is a short-term service which supports people who have been discharged from hospital with eligible care and support needs requiring short to mid-term homecare support to enable them to be as independent as possible.

About the role

As a Senior Allocations Officer, you will work closely with a team of professionals, locality hubs and the Team Leader.

You will allocate support packages, schedule support visits to customers and ensure that adequate resources are available to enable the service to deliver its support effectively.

Hybrid working is supported with three days in the office (Bournehill, Salisbury) and two days at home.

Successful applicants will receive a welcome payment of £1300 (subject to tax and NI) for your integral role in reducing flow pressure on hospitals. You will receive £650 upon starting and a further £650 upon successful completion of your probation.

About you

You should have experience, and the ability to follow complex processes for allocating approx. 1,000hrs of care support packages per week, as well as confidence in using new systems and completing excel spreadsheets.
