Location: Quarry Mount in Swindon.

(Afternoons) 20hrs per week, Part Time.

We are a warm, friendly, traditional privately owned Residential Care Home in Swindon with a clean, safe, and comfortable home from home environment.

Job description:

Organising a variety of activities to suit all needs, such as games, crafts, singing & dancing, armchair exercises, and gardening club.

• Overseeing themed days plus planning for events & outings
• Providing stimulation and encouragement to residents
• Arranging a program with a variety of regular entertainers
• Working to develop links with people and organizations within our local community
• Follow all health and safety regulations

You will be an energetic person with a happy disposition, who enjoys forming relationships with others. Able to communicate well and take on board a range of training courses to meet the needs of the residents in a safe and regulated manner.
