iCareCareers has been commissioned to work in partnership with Swindon Borough Council to provide a range of applicant attraction and recruitment options in order to deliver increased measures to supplement and strengthen Adult Social Care staff capacity in Swindon.  We need to continuously look at new ideas and solutions that will increase and encourage the number of applicants to choose the care sector as a career of choice. This will ensure that safe and continuous care is achieved to deliver the following outcomes within the Adult Care Sector here in Swindon.
